RETURNS

alphabet city will NOT offer refunds on products if you simply change your mind. we only offer a refunds where a manufacturing fault is present.
please contact customer service if you have any issues and only send packages once you have contacted customer service as any packages sent without contacting alphabet city will NOT be accepted

customers are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying alphabet city within 5 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. items to be returned must be in perfect, original condition. alphabet city must receive the returned item within 10 days of return authorisation.
for any returned items, you will NOT be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping to both alphabet city, and back to your postage address. we strongly recommend using registered post as alphabet city is not be responsible for any items.
